How it is used
Submitted information is used to review requests, discuss order arrangements, and provide customer service. Card numbers and payment security codes are not collected on this website.
Browser storage
The shopping bag is stored in your browser’s local storage. Contact and shipping details are kept in the form while you review them and are submitted only when you select the final submission button. You can clear the saved bag by removing its items or clearing site data.
Submitted requests
Forms send requests to this website’s server when the order service is available. If submission fails, the page will say so; it does not report a request as received without a server acknowledgment.
Questions & requests
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of submitted information. Do not include payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Order status lookup
Order lookup uses your order reference and checkout email to verify access. Results include your selected items, product subtotal, recorded status, and any shipment details. Your delivery address and contact details are not displayed in the lookup result.
